House Judiciary Committee Sends Oregon Style Assisted Suicide Bill to the Full House for a Vote: Please Call Your Representatives and Ask Them to Vote NO.

By an 8-4 vote, the House Judiciary Committee yesterday passed an assisted suicide bill modeled after Oregon's.  The committee struck several amendments designed to convince members that our law would have better safeguards, as if that were possible anyway.
