Our friends at the Euthanasia Prevention Coalition have forwarded the following alert asking all opponents of assisted suicide to contact Georgia Gov. Nathan Deal and ask him to sign HB1114 that would prohibit assisted suicide in Georgia. It is very important to us all what happens with assisted suicide in Georgia. Laws in each state and nation set precedent for our own. While opposing assisted in Vermont we are constantly influenced by Oregon and Washington law where assisted suicide is legal.
